Step 1 – Submit an Enquiry
To enquire about an appointment please click on Make an Enquiry and complete the straightforward Enquiry form, then send it to us. Once we receive your details, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your needs further and offer you an appointment time, if appropriate.
Step 2 – Confirm Booking
We will send you an email offering you an appointment time and providing a link to our easy and secure Online Booking System Book a Session. You need to respond to this to confirm your booking. For clients that do not have access to the internet this can be done by phone.
We ask that clients make a £50 deposit (using your credit or debit card). This deposit confirms your appointment and is non-returnable.
Appointments may be changed as long as we have at least 48 hours notice. The remaining amount will not be taken until you have attended your session.

Step 3 – Have your Appointment
Attend your appointment in whichever mode you have chosen. At the end of the appointment you will be able to discuss your appointment requirements and arrange a time for your next appointment.
Again this appointment will need to be confirmed by you through our on line booking system and a deposit made, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
Sometimes clients may wish to book several sessions at once and discounts can be offered when 5 or more sessions are booked.
Step 4 – Complete your therapy
Whenever you feel that you have reached your goals in therapy you simply inform your therapist and no more appointments will be made. However, if you decide to resume therapy at a later date contact us and another appointment will be offered.
