Charges for Individuals

Private Therapy Payment / fees

Charges for individuals will vary depending on the type of therapy opted for.

Face to face therapy is offerred at £165 per hour, the usual length of a session, with an introductory session charged at £130.

These charges are in keeping with other Clinical Psychologists fees but only apply to therapy conducted at St John Street, or other venues where face to face therapy is conducted.

Online and phone therapy is now offered to privately paying individuals at £85 per session, due to reduced overheads.

In all cases, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £50 to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be debited after your session.

Payment
Payments can be made by credit or debit card either over the phone, or via our easy and secure Online Booking System.

We offer discounts when 5+ sessions are paid for in advance. For ongoing patients we may be able to arrange invoicing / accept BACS payments.

Cancellations
Appointments can be changed without charge when we receive at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel within 48 hours this will unfortunately incur loss of deposit. Appointments which are not attended without prior notice will be charged the full amount

Life Coaching Package

Our Life Coaching package consists of an initial consultation (lasting approx 45mins), followed individually designed packages negotiated with the individual.  The charge for the initial consultation is £100 and fees for further contact is based approximately on £50 per half hour.  Packages can be made from a combination of phone, online and e mail time and costs are worked out on a weekly basis, with payments made in advance through our booking system.   For example an individual could require, half an hour on line, two fifteen minute phone calls and 30 minutes spent on emails in one week.  This package would cost £150 for that week.
