Telephone Sessions

Therapy over the phone.

Have Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the comfort of your own home, via telephone with your chosen therapist. Appointment times can be arranged to suit you and therapy can take place during the day, in the evenings or at weekends. You do not even have to be in the UK as time zones can be taken into account when appointments are arranged.

People often choose phone therapy as they’d like to remain fairly anonymous, and don’t want to worry about internet technology. Not being able to see your therapist, and vice versa, may sometimes make communication more difficult, as your therapist will be unable to pick up visual cues about your emotional state. For telephone sessions, you will need to meet the cost of the telephone call.
