Organisation Payment & Fees

Medico-legal work, including assessments, will be charged at an hourly rate. This rate will be between £120 and £215 dependant on the type of case, the location of the client, and likely time lapse between invoice date and payment of fees..(Terms and conditions).

Court / Expert Witness Appearances

Court appearances are charged at our daily rate (equivalent to six hours) and will be incurred once attendance is requested. No charges apply if we are given 1 week’s notice of cancellation.
